Peking, February 10, 1911.
His Majesty's consul-general at Yünnan-fu telegraphs as follows under yesterday's date :-
" (No. 7.)
In the office of the Administrator of Foreign Affairs there is a Chinese map on which the whole of the valley of the Nmaikha north of about latitude 2645 is marked as forming part of Thibet.'
"Administrator states that the destination of the troops from Tali is Yung Ch'ang-fu city it is more likely to be the frontier claimed by the Chinese.
Only two battalions have left Yünnan-fu."
